Missing

Sorry everyone, for the long break between posts! Quite a lot has happened, and I’ll update you soon, but I found this last night when I was moving some pictures and notes from my phone to my laptop.

I wrote this poem back a couple of months ago, after we had to say goodbye to our sixteen-year-old Lhasa Apso Rosie. Rosie was our family dog, and had been in my life since I was 7 years old. It was very hard to say goodbye.

Creative Babies.

Sometimes I open my laptop and click on Word. Then, on a single page, in Cambria font (size twelve), I’ll find very strange words and phrases written, such as ‘yoga class gone wrong’ or ‘corrupt librarian’. These are obviously the products of my sudden and quick flashes of inspiration for future stories. Today’s example was ‘flamboyant and gorgeous gay lifeguard’. I’m not sure what I’m meant to do with him.

My First Tattoo!

Hi everybody!

I ticked something off my bucket list today. After 8 years of desperately wanting one but being too scared to actually do it,  I finally took the plunge and got my first tattoo!
In this post, I’ll talk to you about what I got done, why I got it, and – the reason anybody is really reading this – how sore it was!
